Alsina & Sarda Brut Gran Reserva, Spain

This wine spends 36-48 months in its bottle. It is yellow in colour with greenish overtones, and is clear and fine with a slow release of bubbles. It has aromas of dried fruits and nuts that predominate with nuances of honey, syrups and boxwood in the background. It is full, tasty and fragrant in the mouth. This wine is best enjoyed with steamed fish dishes.
